PRLog (Press Release)– Jul 16, 2011– Saturday morning, July 23, 30 (and for the following 7 weeks) - from 10 am to 11 am, contemporary Orthodox Christian singer/songwriter, Jim Giatas, will be performing a new series of one hour mini-concerts at the Barker Common Outdoor Summer Stage. (There will be no concert on September 10 during the blues festival.) Jim is a Fredonia resident and has been writing and performing music since 1964.
Jim was at Woodstock in 1969 and after having explored various "new age" and Eastern philosophies, as well as a few Protestant Evangelical and Pentacostal beliefs, Jim ha rc helicopter and car market place s come full circle to embrac aston martin e the historical Holy Orthodox and Catholic Christian Church of his youth. "I simply grew tired of running into so many dead ends. I am truly thankful to come home to the actual and historical Christian Church that the Lord Jesus founded. I hope people will find blessings in my music."
Jim performs as a solo singer/songwriter on an Ovation Custom Legend 12 string guitar through a new Fish acura man "line array" Solo Amp PA system. Volume is always kept to a safe and reasonable level. Jim also bmw uses a T.C. Helicon Harmony G effects pedal that enables him to add harmony parts to his vocals. He also likes to add the sound of wind chimes and they can be seen hanging from his guitar.

The Fredonia Farmers Market also takes place in front of the Village Hall from 8 am to 1 pm. every Saturday with some very tasty, locally grown delights.
